You can try our gym challenge whenever you wish, it takes just 30 minutes. There are 10 exercises that you complete for 2 minutes with a 1 minute rest between each one. You earn points by distance covered and the number of reps. The 10 exercises are:
Air Bike
SkiERG
RowERG
Sled Push & Pull
Farmers Carry
Core Bag Alt Lunges
Plyo Box Jumps
Burpees
Chest Press Machine
Wall Ball
Just grab a sheet from the desk, give it a go and see if you can top the leaderboard.
