15 MINUTE HIIT CLASSES


Express HIIT and Core HIIT are 15 minute classes in the RedZone that are ideal to do as part of a gym workout or another class.


The 15 Minute HIIT classes aren't bookable and are available for all membership types. Simply register at reception from 1 hour before the class starts. It's first come, first served.


You can view the 15 Minute HIIT class times on the app.


All other Studio and RedZone classes are bookable 8 days in advance via the Barn app or the members area and are available for class only and all inclusive memberships.
