Adam has been in fitness industry for more than 10 years and has been at the Barn since 2012 and will use his experience of training 1000's of clients and his time in the Marines to push you further than you imagined you could go.

Conor is an endurance and outdoor enthusiast with a passion for triathlon, ultra running, OCR & mountaineering. He understands that strength & conditioning plays a key role in preparing his body for all of his endeavours.

Abi found her love for fitness through Irish dancing having competed for the past 13 years. During that time she has been ranked top 10 in the world and top 3 in UK, whilst travelling the world to perform with companies such as Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance.
Abi is passionate about enjoying exercise and finding new ways to move and push your body.

With 10+ years experience on the gym floor and a passion for strength training built over that time, Hannah’s aim is to get clients to a level of confidence lifting weights with knowledge on exercise technique, correct form and structured, effective workouts.
She is especially keen to bust any misconceptions around women lifting weights and believes that the weights area is for anyone and everyone, with the goal of building strength, improving overall health and promoting empowerment within the gym.
Nancy began her fitness journey in her own words "unfit and over weight". She'd struggled to lose the weight after having her 3 boys and didn't want to become "mum can't". As the children grew older being "mum can" became hugely important to her.
Now a qualified Personal Trainer, she has found her passion! Nancy loves feeling fit, healthy and strong and it has given her confidence and a great sense of wellbeing. Nancy now wants to bring her own experience of finding the right balance with exercise, food and fitness to help others achieve their goals.
Kelly discovered her love of exercise after having her third child in 2015. She joined the Barn as a member soon after and has since turned her hobby into a career she is so passionate about.

Are you new to the gym or maybe you've had a long break and looking for a bit of help to get you going? A kickstart session is ideal for gym starters to give you confidence with guidance on how to use the equipment, help with basic technique and a programme to follow. The kickstart session is a one-off, 1:1 session delivered by our trainee Personal Trainers for £25.
