Classes take place in our large, spacious studio and outdoors in the Shed. We also have outdoor classes take place in the Field during the summer months. Members can book classes 7 days in advance using the Barn app or by logging into the members area.
Non members can just turn up and PAYG if there is space.
Our signature HIIT class takes place in the Shed all year round and follows a unique format that combines functional training methods with high intensity intervals in a group circuit to include cardio, strength and core. Followed by the 3 minute Heartbreaker! This type of training is proven to burn fat fast and build lean muscle.
RIDE Studio Cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates hill climbs, sprints and races for an amazing cardiovascular workout. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the music and the people around you so get prepared for the workout of your life. Water and towels are a must!
Join members of Wallingford Triathlon Club for a high intensity studio cycling class. This class is no frills and includes extra tough hills and some brutal sprints to improve your endurance. So, if you want an extra tough RIDE class get yourself booked on.
Fearless is a high energy, high intensity circuit based class taken by a Personal Trainer. This class is not for the faint hearted and with the explosive group environment and our trainers motivation it will push you to your limits!

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 750 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
BODYBALANCE is ideal for everyone and anyone. Body Balance is the perfect mix of Yoga, Pilates & Tai-Chi and the class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
Pilates takes place in a calm environment and a class that emphasises the balanced development of core strength and flexibility in order to support efficient graceful movement.

A gentler Yoga class perfect for seniors and anyone who wants to build confidence before participating in a regular Yoga class.
Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT) is a fun mainstream exercise to music class which incorporates exercises specifically designed to target those problem areas. LBT has been an extremely popular class in studios all around the world for years. We use small equipment such as weights and bands to help with some of the exercises and you'll find plenty of aerobic exercise as well as resistance and floor work to give you a thorough workout.
HIIT (cardio) class is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training bodyweight workout, designed to improve cardiovascular fitness.
HIIT (strength) class is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell and weight plate exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
Circuits is a hugely popular class and is a great way to meet people whilst getting a varied workout. A total mix-up of high and low impact cardiovascular stations amongst toning exercises makes this an excellent class for all.
A Body Conditioning class will help you look and feel good and is suitable for people of all levels and abilities. It is a challenging workout designed to improve your cardio fitness and body shape by doing aerobic moves and using a variety of equipment in a fun and inclusive way.
Zumba takes the work out of workout, by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the latin and world rythms take over, you'll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective, super fun!
New to fitness, back from an injury or just need to build confidence then this is the class for you? A steady low impact class to build your strength, fitness and confidence.
The Barn goes 'Out & About'
This is a HIIT style class that takes place in the very cool tipi at the Spire & Spoke in Watlington. It follows a unique format that combines functional training methods with high intensity intervals in a group circuit to include cardio, strength and core. This type of training is proven to burn fat fast and build lean muscle.
Like training in the great outdoors then this is the class for you? A full body HIIT and circuits style workout including cardio, strength, toning and core that takes place in the field next to the Barn during the summer months.
Knowledge is key! Workshops will give our members greater knowledge in all areas of health and wellbeing. Every workshop will have a different topic such as nutritional talks, alternative wellbeing sessions, strength and conditioning with a specific focus - the list is endless.
