The Barn studio is an amazing light and open space to workout in with high ceilings and 300 year old beams with some great views over the countryside.
We fill this space with more than 50 incredible workouts every week that are diverse and suitable for all fitness abilities. We cover all bases so get moving with our cardio based classes and tone up and build strength with our toning classes or if you like a calmer type of workout check out our wellbeing classes.
Classes need to be booked in advance using the Barn app or the online booking portal.
The Hut is our NEW functional fitness studio situated a couple of miles away from the Barn. At the Hut we offer specialised hiit classes and Personal Training. Check out the Personal Training page. Classes at the Hut need to be booked in advance using the Barn app or the online booking portal.
All sessions are small in size to ensure we can give you the attention you need to get the most from your workout and that correct technique is at the core of everything you do.
We have Myzone screens in the studio that will challenge and motivate you to get results.
