We offer a huge range of fun and inspiring classes that are diverse and suitable for all fitness abilities. Whether you enjoy a cardio blast, strength and toning or a wellbeing class, we have something for you.
Members can book classes 7 days in advance using the Barn app. Non members can turn up and pay as you go if there is available space.
This is our signature HIIT workout that takes place outdoors in the Shed all year round. The format combines functional training methods with high intensity intervals in a group circuit to include cardio, strength and core. This type of training is proven to burn fat fast and build lean muscle. You can expect every class to be challenging and different including EMOM's and AMRAP's and we leave the workout up in the Shed for anyone else to try throughout the day.
RIDE Studio Cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class the instructor simulates hill climbs, sprints and races for an amazing cardiovascular workout. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the music and the people around you so be prepared to get a sweat on.
RIDE Sprint is a 30 minute high intensity workout on stationary bikes, with big energy, banging tunes and good vibes only. Bring water and a towel - it's guaranteed to be a sweaty one!

A gentler Yoga class perfect for seniors and anyone who wants to build confidence before participating in a regular Yoga class.
A perfect combination of working through asanas in a mindful way whilst cultivating strength in the body. The practice will begin with some breathwork to centre the body and mind. We will then start to flow through a series of asanas and hold some poses for a few extra breaths to connect to our own inner strength and to charge the muscles in the body.
Cooling down is spent in deeper stretches helping to improve overall flexibility and mobility. The class will conclude with a lovely final relaxation in Savasana. Modifications and options will be provided throughout the flow, making this practice suitable for beginners or for anyone who is attending a Yoga class for the first time.
New to fitness, back from an injury or just need to build confidence then this is the class for you? A steady low impact class to build your strength, fitness and confidence.

Circuits is a hugely popular class and is a great way to meet people whilst getting a varied workout. A total mix-up of high and low impact cardiovascular stations amongst toning exercises makes this an excellent class for all.
Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT) is a fun mainstream exercise to music class which incorporates exercises specifically designed to target those problem areas. LBT has been an extremely popular class in studios all around the world for years. We use small equipment such as weights and bands to help with some of the exercises and you'll find plenty of aerobic exercise as well as resistance and floor work to give you a thorough workout.
A Body Conditioning class will help you look and feel good and is suitable for people of all levels and abilities. It is a challenging workout designed to improve your cardio fitness and body shape by doing aerobic moves and using a variety of equipment in a fun and inclusive way.
Zumba takes the work out of workout, by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the latin and world rythms take over, you'll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective, super fun!
Express Abs will help you build a strong core. The class is just 15 minutes and ideal to do in conjunction with a gym workout.
