3. In the past month have you had any chest pain when not doing physical exercise?
4. Do you often feel faint or have spells of severe dizziness?
5. Has your doctor ever said your blood pressure is too high?

If you haven't any gym experience you will be required to book a gym intro session. This costs £30 (to be paid direct to the trainer) and will ensure safe and effective use of the equipment and a workout programme to follow. If you are a confident gym user you will be required to sign a disclaimer when you sign up.
The unlimited membership is a recurring monthly plan and allows you to attend as many classes or gym sessions as you like.
