All customers are required to complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) and must receive an induction prior to being issued a membership card to ensure safe and effective use of the equipment. If you are a confident gym user you may sign a disclaimer if you don't wish to have an induction.
All monthly recurring payments shall be paid from a valid debit or credit card (American Express is not accepted). Credits, weekly, monthly passes and annual memberships can be paid for in cash, cheque or card.
