Membership Card
You will need to check-in using a valid membership card prior to starting your session. Your membership card cannot be used by anyone else and can only be used by the member associated with that card.
Health Questionnaire
All customers are required to complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) prior to being issued a membership card. If you're buying a membership online please read through the PAR-Q section below and if you answer YES to any of the questions you should not continue until you have spoken to your doctor.
PAR-Q
1. Has your doctor ever said that you have a heart condition?
2. Do you feel pain in your chest when you do physical exercise?
3. In the past month have you had any chest pain when not doing physical exercise?
4. Do you often feel faint or have spells of severe dizziness?
5. Has your doctor ever said your blood pressure is too high?
6. Has your doctor ever told you that you have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in your physical activity?
7. Are you over the age of 69?
8. Do you know of any other reason why you should not do physical activity?
If you haven't any gym experience you will be required to book a gym intro session. This is with one of our personal trainers and will ensure safe and effective use of the equipment and a workout programme to follow. If you are a confident gym user you will not be required to have an introduction.
