Lucy is a level 4 female only Personal Trainer. As well as her PT qualification she is a Nutritional Coach and trained in corrective exercise which are great tools to enhance your training experience.
Lucy is on a mission to help women develop a healthy relationship with fitness and food, getting strong, getting fit and being happy in your skin.
I began my own fitness journey pretty unfit and overweight. I'd struggled to lose the weight after my children and didn't want to become "mum can't". As they grew older being "mum can" became hugely important to me.
I am now a qualified Personal Trainer. This is my passion! I love feeling fit, healthy and strong and it has given me confidence and a great sense of wellbeing.
I want to bring my own experience of finding the right balance with exercise, food & fitness to help others achieve their goals.
Sharon has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years and has been with us here at the Barn since we launched our studio in 2012.
Now qualified as a Personal Trainer she is using her wealth of knowledge to help clients achieve their goals. Also qualified in pre and post natal exercise she actively promotes the idea that there are no barriers to exercise whatever your circumstances.

Lou loves all aspects of training including plyometrics, HIIT, resistance work, core stability, Boxercise, Kettlebells and will bring all this and more to your sessions.

Hannah is the Club Manager and the person that keeps everything running like clockwork. Hannah is qualified Gym Instructor, Spin Instructor and has now ventured into personal training.
Hannah is also extremely keen on all things fitness and has a passion for weight training and wants to bust the misconceptions of women lifting weights.
Adam has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years and has been at the Barn since 2012 and will use his experience of training 1000's of clients and his time in the Marines to push you further than you imagined you could go.

Conor is a keen sportsman and enjoys taking part in many running, OCR and triathlon events.

Amy firmly believes you have one body so love it and nurture it. Amy will work with you to help get you moving and develop habit changes.
