Conor is an endurance and outdoor enthusiast with a passion for triathlon, ultra running & mountaineering. He understands that strength & conditioning plays a key role in preparing for all of his endeavours.

Abi found her love for fitness through Irish Dancing having competed for the past 13 years. During this time she has been ranked top 10 in the world whilst touring the globe with Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance.
Abi is passionate about enjoying exercise and finding new ways to move and push your body.
With over 11 years experience on the gym floor and a passion for strength training built over that time, Hannah’s main aim as a personal trainer is to get people to a comfortable level of confidence lifting weights, with knowledge on exercise technique, correct form and structured, effective workouts.
She is especially keen to bust misconceptions around women lifting weights and believes that the weights area is for anyone and everyone, with the goal of building strength, improving overall health and promoting empowerment within the gym.
Nancy began her fitness journey in her own words "unfit and over weight". After having her 3 boys being "mum can" not "mum can't" became hugely important to her.
Nancy now wants to bring her own experience of finding the right balance with exercise, food and fitness to help others achieve their goals.
Kelly discovered her love of exercise after having her third child. She joined the Barn as a member soon after and has since turned her hobby into a career she is so passionate about.

George found his passion for weight training at a young age and since then has gone on to achieve a divisional bench record in powerlifting while expanding his knowledge and drive towards weight training.
His aim is to show people that there is a place for weight training in everybody’s fitness journey.
Tawny had a tough time through her teens suffering with her mental health but since becoming a young mother she has got herself together and is a charming, bubbly, enthusiastic young lady and no matter how tired or drained she feels wants to show people you can get up, get on and do it anyway!
Tawny wants to show people the power of exercise and how it can increase your energy, lift your mood and positivity and make you happier.
