Support your sport with Pilates designed to improve stability, strength, and movement efficiency.


Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or working towards your first 5K, Pilates can help you move stronger, train smarter, and build resilience in your performance. Join Brooklyn for private, 50-minute pilates sessions tailored to your body, your sport, and your goals.


After experiencing the benefits of Pilates during her own recovery Brooklyn now helps clients build body awareness, strength and coordination, enabling them to move with greater control and precision.
