The Hut is our NEW functional fitness studio situated a couple of miles away from the Barn. At the Hut we offer specialised hiit classes and Personal Training. Check out the Personal Training page. Classes at the Hut need to be booked in advance using the Barn app or the online booking portal.
All sessions are small in size to ensure we can give you the attention you need to get the most from your workout and that correct technique is at the core of everything you do.
We use the Myzone heart rate monitor system for you to track your workout effort. The screens in the studio will challenge and motivate you to get results. Join our Myzone community where you can see the leaderboards and connect with others and join in with our challenges.
HIIT 3 is our signature class that follows a unique format combining functional training methods with high intensity intervals in a group circuit.
The class is divided into 3 blocks
Block 1 - Cardio
Block 2 - Strength & Toning
Block 3 - Core & Abs
Followed by the 3 minute Hiit Hut Heartbreaker!
No two classes will ever be the same so with the explosive group environment and the trainer motivating you to push past your limits it will ensure a workout you won't forget! This type of training is proven to burn fat fast and build lean muscle.
HIIT 3 classes are included if you have credits, an active pass or you are an all inclusive or class member. You can book onto the class using your Barn app or online booking portal.
