Legs, Bums and Tums is a fun mainstream exercise to music class which incorporates exercises specifically designed to target those problem areas. We use small equipment such as weights and bands to help with some of the exercises and you'll find plenty of aerobic exercise as well as resistance and floor work to give you a thorough workout.

Re-opening

We are busy preparing to reopen and have lot's planned including launching Barn Run. We are also extending our functional training area, have kickstart plans to get you going and much more...


29 March - PT back in the Shed

12 April - Gym reopens

17 May - Classes return


We will continue with our Barn at Home class timetable until May.


Check out our personal trainers if you fancy booking a session with them in a public space or in the Shed from 29 March.


We have simplified our membership plans so take a look if you fancy joining us when we reopen.
