The Barn Studio

The Barn studio is an amazing light and open space to workout in with high ceilings and 300 year old beams with some great views over the countryside.


We fill this space with more than 50 incredible workouts every week that are diverse and suitable for all fitness abilities. We cover all bases so get moving with our cardio based classes and tone up and build strength with our toning classes or if you like a calmer type of workout check out our wellness classes. 


Classes need to be booked in advance using the Barn app or the online booking portal.

Move & Tone

Move your body with one of our amazing cardiovascular workouts. You will be kept motivated by the instructor, the music and the people around you so get prepared for the workout of your life. Water and towels are a must!


Get lean, tone muscle and get the body shape you want with one of our strength and toning classes. 


Our Move and Tone classes include LesMills BodyPump, BodyAttack and BodyCombat, Spin, Kettlebells, Pure Tone, Total Body Conditioning, Legs, Bums & Tums, Circuits, Bodyweight HIIT and more.



Wellbeing

We have a number of wellbeing classes that take place in a calm environment and  emphasise the balanced development of core strength and flexibility in order to support efficient graceful movement. 


Wellbeing classes are effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workouts so why not have a bit of me time. 


Wellbeing classes include Studio Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Fitness Yoga and LesMills BodyBalance.
