We have a number of wellbeing classes that take place in a calm environment and  emphasise the balanced development of core strength and flexibility in order to support efficient graceful movement. Wellbeing classes are effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workouts so why not have a bit of me time. 

Wellbeing classes include Studio Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Fitness Yoga and LesMills BodyBalance.
