On the 5 Week Plan you will train 3 times a week for 5 weeks with one of our Personal Trainers in a small group of just 4 people. Your trainer will ensure you have the most effective workouts that are all designed to be challenging and to push you to your limits!
Being in a small group the trainer can focus the sessions to make sure you are getting the most from your workouts and being surrounded by a small group of likeminded people will support, encourage and motivate you to achieve your goals.
As evidence of your results and achievements we will take before and after measurements and photos but this is totally optional as we know some people would prefer not to do this.
The next 5 Week Plan dates are:
Monday 4th July - Friday 5th August 2022 with Kelly. Sessions are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30am.
Monday 11th July - Friday 12th August 2022 with Sean. Sessions are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8am.
Monday 11th July - Friday 12th August 2022 with Freya. Sessions are every Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 12noon.
The cost is a one-off payment of £250 for members and £300 for non members. To book your place give us a call, pop in or drop us a message.
We now have memberships available from just £29 per month. Whether you want to use the gym once a week, twice a week or you want unlimited use, there's a membership plan to suit.
